Official White’s Transit Bus Charter Order Form This is our official booking form. If you already have a quote and have all your information, then please print out one of these forms and fill it out and send it to us either by e-mail, fax or mail and we will then book in your charter date and send you back a confirmation. If you are just looking for a quote or information, then feel free to fill out either this form or the one on page 4 to get the information you require.

*Please note that we are not able to hold or tentatively book in any charters until we receive this form. Once you have received a confirmation that your charter has been booked, then you are officially booked, until that time, you are not.

We usually try to get back to you within 24 hours - unless it’s a weekend or holiday or extremely busy - then it may take longer. We book in the charters on a first come first serve basis and therefore, advise all clients that the sooner you book for your charter date the better and it is never to early to book to ensure that we have a vehicle available for your date!! Of course, you can certainly still contact us on short notice and hopefully, we will be able to help as well!
